How do I join the QUENCH Pool?

Click on the link that will take you to the QUENCH Pool form.
Enter your contact information.
Select the next month following month that you are currently in from the drop down menu. (i.e. If the current month is April, the month you will select is May)
Choose the days and times that you are confident you will be available for an impromptu-massage appointment
Submit the form.

Do I have to create an account?

NO! We do not require candidates to sign up for an online account in order to join the QUENCH Pool.

Will you send me newsletters?

NO! There are enough newsletters going around these days. Isn't it nice to just get what you came for? :)

I got a text saying I was selected, what do I do now?

CONGRATULATIONS!

You are eligible for a 50% off treatment. This is our way of giving back to our regular patients. Here's what you need to do next...

Reply back to the offer through email, over the phone, or text message within 4 hours of our communication. Reply only in the way in which you received the offer.
Confirm whether or not you will be accepting the discounted treatment offer. (Please remember, you only have 2 opportunities to decline while still being eligible for the year.)
Arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment. (If you fail to show up for the appointment without communicating with us, you will automatically be removed from the QUENCH Pool for the rest of the year. If you communicate to us that you won't be able to make the appointment it will count as an official decline on your part and you will only have 1 official decline left for the year. It is important to choose your dates wisely.)
Indicate to your Registered Massage Therapist that you have been selected from the QUENCH Pool for a discounted treatment. (The RMT will most likely already be aware. If not, she/he will confirm with the designated admin who contacted you.) Once confirmed, the RMT will give you a QUENCH Pool discount card.
Enjoy your treatment!
Deliver the QUENCH Pool Discount Card to the front desk and leave it with them. They will apply your discount.
Pay the balance of your treatment through cash, credit, debit or direct billing if available.

Can I use my 50% off treatment offer on another day?

No. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be used on any other day. The offer must be accepted as it is presented. Therefore, you must choose your days wisely. If you decline our offer 2 times or more, you could be removed from the pool for the rest of the year.

Can I use my Insurance to pay for the discounted treatment?

Yes. If your benefits or insurance coverage includes massage treatments, you can use them the same way you would a regular appointment.
