Payment information will only be used when requested by the patient, or if there is an outstanding amount due to a missed appointment or 'no show'.

91% of our patients enjoy stretches during their massage treatments.

Stretching will remain a staple of our treatment practices.

4. I require direct billing.
RESULTS:

Direct billing is still being considered. In the meantime, our patients can still direct bill their appointments through Reactivate Physiotherapy & Massage. If our patients choose to book online, they will get a receipt for their appointment, to make an insurance claim on their own.

5. I'm fine with Ai in healthcare.

54% of our patients are not keen on artificial intelligence in healthcare.

Artificial intelligence is still in early development and most likely will not have a profound affect on massage therapy at large, outside of administrative tasks.

We will have a strict cancellation policy for missed and 'no-show' appointments. For appointments with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the appointment will be charged.

3. I'm a senior and would like at-home treatments.

75% our patients do not want home treatments.
