Proper timely stretches and bodily care on a regular basis is the first line of defense against strain, injuries, and even long term disability. Our virtual follow-ups are conducted online for 15mins. During your session, you will speak directly to an RMT in a virtual meeting, who can help you be prepared for the physical and mental stresses of the day ahead!
